Your Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate business information, use our services legally, and ensure any review requests comply with Google's policies (no fake or incentivized reviews). You're responsible for the accuracy of any customer data you give us.
No Guaranteed Results: We don't guarantee a specific number of reviews, ratings, or business outcomes. Google may remove or filter reviews at its own discretion — we're not responsible for that.
Payment: Services are billed on a recurring basis as agreed upon at signup. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation: Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Liability: We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 3 months.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Idaho/California].
